Processing Time

  • NuHair ships most orders from warehouses located in Vietnam. In stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours and you should receive them within 5-7 business days. Usually it will take 1-2 business days to process your order, unless there is a fraudulent warning, shipping address error or technical errors, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. 

  • We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. Some Custom orders and popular products can take 10-14 business days to receive .

  • Shipping Time and Price

We provide  Free Shipping(USPS/CNE) and (FEDEX/DHL) for all orders.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information needed to deliver your package. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information.

  • Please note FEDEX and DHL packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please adjust shipping address to ensure timely delivery of your order.

  • We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Custom Duties Disclaimer

  • International shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. If you need, we can provide you with an invoice.

Shipping & Billing Information

  • It is highly recommended that your shipping address should be same as your billing address. If your order has been declined due to an address mismatch, please contact us to resolve the issue. If you have a special request for a different billing and shipping address, please contact us at at nuhairnj@gmail.com with additional forms of identification ready to provide to us.

Lost Shipments

  • All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers in order to investigate this issue.

  • If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact shipping company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.

  • If your package has been returned to sender please contact our customer team via email at nuhairnj@gmail.com, we will attempt to reship your order to the provided address.
